Café-concert. Etablissement d'une capacité de 200 personnes. Scène de 4.5x4m sur une hauteur de 40cm avec un podium de batterie surelevée de 2mx2m.
Une table YAMAHA numérique de 32 entrées avec 4 retours AK et deux diffusions AK, 1 micro grosse caisse, 2 micros chant, 3 DI box-chant, chœurs, claviers, sample et
grosse caisse, repiqués sur la sono, les guitares et la basse jouent en puissances directes. 8 par 32 et 6 éclairages led, petite loge, entrée latérale juste à côté
de la scène et un ingénieur son sur place assure votre soirée pour 30€.
Sachez que Vous êtes les organisateurs, c'est-à-dire que
Vous décidez de choisir vos 1 ou 2,groupes, qui seront sur votre affiche, je vous laisse une base d'affiche pour faire la vôtre, on trouve une date disponible,
vous créez l'évènement sur les réseaux sociaux. Pour avoir un max de public sur place, chaque musicien doit inviter tous ses contacts sur l'évènement
(eh oui, 1 par 1 !) et puis seulement partager.
Au Titans, vous remplisserz le formulaire Sabam et vous vous acquittez de la somme de 14€ si votre entrée est de 5€. et 22€ si vous mettez plus de 5€.
Pour la soirée, vous encaissez vous même toutes les entrées (vous placez quelqu'un à l'entrée pour gérer vos entrées).
Si c'est un festival ou au-delà de 3 groupes, 10€ par groupe seront à payer obligatoirement à l'ingé son.
PS: L'ingénieur son est là pour gérer:
-1) le son, -2) le matériel utilisé, -3) les changements, -4) le volume général du concert, -5) veiller à ce que le timing soit respecté, -6) le retour de matériel utilisé.

Je vous offre croque-monsieur et eau en loges, 2 jetons boissons par musicien, une sono sur place, une promo intensive ensemble.
L'organisateur de la soirée s'engage à respecter les horaires de soundcheck, de la soirée et du couvre feu.
Il devra veiller à ce que la loge soit dégagée et propre pour les autres groupes.
Les dégradations du lieu et les vols sont à charge de l'organisateur.
Les boissons provenant de l'extérieur ne sont pas tolérées dans l'enceinte du Titans Club à l'exception des loges.
En prenant accord verbal, vous acceptez toutes les conditions.
Le Titans Club offre également la possibilité de location pour des répétitions en semaine et en résidence. Un arrangement est également possible pour des anniversaires ou des soirées à thèmes.

Een 32 ingangen YAMAHA digitale tafel met 4 AK-returns en twee AK-uitzendingen, 1 bas-pickup, 2 vocals pickups, 3 DI-box-vocals, koren, keyboards, samplers en bassdrums,
getransplanteerd naar de PA, gitaren en basgitaren spelen in directe kracht. 8 bij 32 en 6 led-lampjes, kleine lodge, zij-ingang net buiten het podium en een geluidstechnicus zorgt op uw avond voor 30€.
Weet dat jullie de organisatoren zijn,
dat wil zeggen dat jij, beslist om 1 of 2 van de groepen te kiezen die op u flyer staan, Ik geef je een voorbeeld van een flyer dan kan je er zelf een maken, we vinden een datum beschikbaar,
u maakt de aankondiging op de sociale netwerken. Om maximaal publiek plaatsen te hebben, moet elke muzikant al zijn contacten uitnodigen voor het evenement (ja, 1 voor 1!) En dan gaan verdelen.
Bij de Titans vult u het Sabam formulier in en betaalt u het bedrag van 14 € als uw bijdrage 5 € is. En 22 € als u meer dan 5 € erin steekt.
Voor de avond verzilver je jezelf alle inzendingen (je zet iemand bij de ingang om om de ingang te beheren).
Als het een festival is van meer dan 3 groepen, wordt er 10 € per groep verplicht betaald aan de geluidstechnicus.
PS: De geluidstechnicus is de beheerder van:
-1) het geluid, -2) het gebruikte materiaal, -3) de veranderingen, -4) het algemene volume van het concert,
-5) het respekteren van de timing, -6) de terugkeer van gebruikte materiaal.
Bedankt voor het respecteren van deze voorwaarden.
Ik bied croque-monsieurs en water in de loges, 2 muntjes voor drankjes per muzikant, een on-site geluidssysteem en een intensieve gezamenlijke promo aan.
De organisator van de avond stemt ermee in om de sound-check, avond- en curfew-roosters te respecteren.
Hij zal ervoor moeten zorgen dat de loge onbelemmerd en schoon is voor de andere groepen.
De degradaties van de plaats en diefstal, zijn voor rekening van de organisator.
Drankjes van buiten zijn niet in de Titans Club getolereerd, behalve in de loges.
Door een mondelinge overeenkomst te sluiten, gaat u akkoord met alle voorwaarden.
De Titans Club biedt ook de mogelijkheid om tijdens de week en thuis te huren voor repetities. Een afspraak is ook mogelijk voor verjaardagen of thema-avonden.

Know that You are the organizers,
